B | 经查，4月14日21时许，徐某辉（40岁）、刘某刚（38岁）等人聚餐饮酒后，行至文昌路与泰山路交叉口时，偶遇林某（40岁）等人。　　徐某辉酒后对林某女儿言语不当，引发林某不满，随后发生肢体冲突，造成双方不同程度受伤，伤者经送医救治后已出院。该局已依法对徐某辉处以行政拘留13日，对刘某刚处以行政拘留11日并处罚款500元。
